Free trial
Both plans come with a 3-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll get full access to all features during the trial.
Payment
We use Stripe for payment processing. We never store your card details — they go directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation:
- AI response generation stops.
- Pending responses in your queue can still be approved or rejected.
- Your existing data remains in your account.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If you downgrade from Agency to Pro with more than 5 locations, you'll need to remove locations to match the Pro limit.
