Multi-Location Setup

Plan limits

  • Pro ($49/mo) — Up to 5 Google Business locations.
  • Agency ($149/mo) — Unlimited locations.

Adding a new location

  1. Go to Businesses in the sidebar and click Add Business.
  2. Connect your Google account (or use the same one if all locations are under one Google account).
  3. Select the specific location from your Google Business Profile list.
  4. Set the tone, selling points, auto-post preference, and notification email for this location.

Per-location settings

Each location has independent settings:

  • Tone — How the AI should sound for this location (casual, professional, etc.).
  • Selling points — Key things the AI should mention when relevant (new menu, free parking, award-winning staff).
  • Auto-post — Enable or disable per location. Some locations may need more oversight than others.
  • Notification email — Route negative review alerts to the location manager, not the owner.

Dashboard view

The dashboard shows aggregated stats across all locations. The reviews page lets you filter by location. The weekly digest email (Pro and Agency) breaks down activity per location.

For agencies

If you manage locations for multiple clients, each location is independent. Different Google accounts, different tones, different notification emails. Your clients never see each other's data — row-level security ensures complete isolation.
