Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name via Google OAuth. When you connect a Google Business Profile, we store encrypted OAuth tokens to access your reviews on your behalf.
How We Use Your Data
- To fetch and display your Google Business reviews
- To generate AI-powered response suggestions
- To post approved responses to Google on your behalf
- To send you email notifications about new reviews
- To process payments via Stripe
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We never store your Google password.
Third-Party Services
- Google: OAuth authentication and Business Profile API access
- Anthropic (Claude): AI response generation
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Resend: Email notifications
- Vercel: Application hosting
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. This removes your profile, connected businesses, reviews, and responses. Stripe billing data is retained per Stripe's own privacy policy.
