Service Description

ReviewAI provides AI-powered Google Business review response management. We generate suggested responses, manage approval workflows, and post responses to Google on your behalf.

Account Responsibilities

• You must have authority to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses before they are posted
• Auto-posted responses for positive reviews are enabled at your discretion
• You must not use the service to post misleading or fraudulent responses

AI-Generated Content

Responses are generated by AI (Claude by Anthropic) and may not always be perfect. You should review responses, especially for negative or sensitive reviews, before posting. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated responses that you choose to post.

Billing & Cancellation

• Pro plan: $49/month with a 3-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
• Agency plan: $149/month.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitations

The service depends on Google Business Profile API availability. We cannot guarantee uptime or response posting if Google's APIs experience outages or if your Google OAuth tokens expire without renewal.
